Financial Report
2025 -2026 Financials (YTD result, full-year forecast, and next-year budget).
Summary of critical dates leading up to the AGM :
- 4 weeks prior (13/14 June 2026): Nominations close and resolutions close. National Class Associations (AUS, CAN, CHI, GBR, GER, NZL, USA) must also certify their member numbers in writing to confirm voting entitlements (2–10 members = 1 vote; 11–30 = 2 votes; 31+ = 3 votes).
- 2 weeks prior (27/28 June): Resolutions circulated and the officer-bearer election ballot opens.
- 48 hours prior (9/10 July): Ballot closes.
- AGM day (11/12 July): AGM held; outcomes and resolutions recorded.
- Post-AGM: Minutes issued to members.
